Exchange & Returns Policy
At MacKenzie-Childs KSA, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below carefully.
Returns We do not accept returns of products for refund or credit under any circumstances.
Exchanges Products may be exchanged only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original box or packaging as delivered.
- The product must not be damaged or used in any way.
- You must retain the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and original packaging to process the exchange.
- Exchanges are permitted within 5 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
After this 5-day period, no exchanges will be accepted.
Refunds MacKenzie-Childs KSA does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. If an exchange is approved, you may select a replacement item of equal or greater value. Any price difference for a higher-value item must be paid by you.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our Customer Care team within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, photos of the item (in original packaging), and details of the desired exchange item.
- Ship the item back to us (if required) using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange if it meets our conditions.

Exceptions
- Damaged, used, or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
- Personalized, custom-made, or sale/final-sale items may have additional restrictions (noted on product page if applicable).
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly from mackenzie-childs-ksa.com.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version on our website at the time of purchase applies.
